Talga Resources has a number of 100% owned graphite projects comprising multiple deposits, all of which are located in Norrbotten County, north Sweden. Three advanced projects, Vittangi, Jalkunen and Raitajärvi, contain JORC resources. The Nunasvaara graphite deposit, which forms part of the Vittangi Project, is the highest grade JORC/NI 43-101 graphite mineral resource in the world (total resource 12.3Mt @ 25.5% graphite) and has proven unique qualities that enable industrial scale graphene production.

Talga's deposits are favourably located adjacent to existing transport infrastructure including high quality sealed roads and open access heavy haulage rail, and are also proximal to European consumers. The European Union, which has classified graphite as a "critical raw material", consumes 20% of the world's natural graphite production and currently imports 95% of its needs, predominantly from China.
